The sometimes whimsical, often eclectic, but mostly insane ramblings of a craftsperson with some real commitment issues. Potting, weaving, dyeing, sewing, knitting, so much craft—so little time.
I am a professional crafts person, working in clay and fibre, not necessarily at the same time. I am a juried member of the New Brunswick Crafts Council, The Nova Scotia Designer Crafts Council and the Cape Breton Centre for Craft and Design.
Liz, your back! been busy I see, I like the browns, very tasty. I'm not sure what you mean about roving being more forgiving in crochet. It is bulky so the stitches aren't all that clear if that is what you mean. I knit with it too, but find it kinda hard to work with, no stretch. So it is a little hard on the hands, defintly need plastic or slippery metal needles to work with it. The instructions are in the archives in my blog, give it a go! Deb
